On one of my business accounts, I noticed that the bill was unusually high. Since I had been out of state since August, I hadn't seen the last 3 phone bills.
I called them to see what was up, since this phone line cannot possibly make outgoing calls.
What had happened was that they had added an additional path to the line, which would double the bill each month.
When I called to dispute it, they told me that the records show that I had called in to request the additional path. I told them that I did not ask for it since I couldn't use it since my phone system can't use call waiting.
They refused to credit the 3 past months or the current one. They did take the service off, but told me that I had to pay for the rest.
