I have never experienced such horrible service or lack there of in my life. Long story short, I was double billed due to the fact that Verizon bills you in advance for the month (wasn't told that from customer service) There was chirping and buzzing on the phone line where I couldn't hear clearly. I had to make (5) appointments for techs to come and fix the line... 3 of the techs NEVER showed up and 1 was 2 hours late... The line never got fixed. Calling tech support was hell because I was kept on hold for 1/3 to an hour many times. Finally shut off my service that I only had for a month and got a $244 bill that was only supposed to be $49.99 plus tax!!! Stay away from verizon if you know whats good for you!
