Ripped off, lied to, and 3rd line installed doesn't work ripoff business from hell Inglewood

Ordered 2nd line, was charged $16.85 for Res. Line and $7 for 2nd. Ordered 3rd line, told by Verizon would only be additional $7, not so; charges now are Residence line, qty #3, $16.85 = $50.55.interstate subscriber line charge, qty #1, $6.interstate non-primary access, qty #2, $7 = $14. Total bill just for having service $70.55. Sometimes they charge more. We are also taxed 3 times on our bill.

Employee that states, "All customers will lie and are liars definately has something to hide, " as now we are told that the government is making them do this. NOT TRUE!!!

This was not a "DEAL" we made, this was a quote from the Verizon employee supervisor. Eat that one Verizon employees and supervisors as I will take proof to BBB, FCC, PUC, and State Atty Gen. Office and media.
