The worst I ever ordered from

I requested two products and settled one shipping price. That in my experience was kind of a motivation to purchase. No method might I contemplate spending $10.00 delivery for just one product! I eventually obtained the very first product after SIX MONTHS. Subsequently, after TEN MONTHS they declare they CAn't obtain the different. Our reimbursement was just for the total amount I settled the 2nd product-no part of the delivery.

After I called Customer Support I had been faced with violence. The repetition thought I had been totally uncommon and he or she was really cynical. She stated no body else complains about that problem. Well simply consider the grievances site - there are lots of! I told her NEVER AGAIN am I going to purchase from BTR - she stated that was "only good together with her".
