Bad business

On Dec. 1: positioned on purchase to get a pre order product that'll be launch in April compensated entirely via quick pp money.

-On April 25. Sent them to test on purchase, they stated it's not been launched however because itis still May.

-On May 5, approached them again to determine, stated they have to seek advice from their provider.

-On May 10, never seen back thus sent them again. Stated they dont have it, and dont understand when or may actually get it. I expected for est. Date or reimbursement to purchase someplace else. They stated it's not been launched yet in america.

-From May 10-late May, i named and visited many shops around me, all of them possess the products in-stock or on racks. Approached Hobbygen.com again and told them that. They no further reaction or provide mean answer or reimbursement. Mail and named them often.

-Today June 5, no reaction, no products whatsoever. I actually named in and quit a note cuz no body acquired. Additionally quit a note for their site.

Therefore in a nutshell, they required the cash, but never actually spot the purchase using their provider or they never plan to have actual products whatsoever. When faced with their lies, they quit reacting.

Update: on June 11, after i submitted a certified using the NYC Customer Event and send all of the paper-works, I acquired a contact stating product delivered. I waited for times and mail to request delivery information. It's been per week with no product or delivery information. I settled over $18 for concern with monitoring and such. They're today a crook along with a liar. They actually lied about shipping a product they never have at hand.
