Delivery Men Scratched Refrigerator and Damaged Kitchen Floor

I rented a refrigerator from Aaron's Rental. Not only did the delivery men scratch the appliance, but they also dug up my new kitchen floor. I had the store manager come out to see the damage himself, and he assured me it would be taken care of within a few days. That was nearly two weeks ago. He has the store workers lying for him, saying that he is not in.

I will never do business with Aaron's again, and I have contacted a local attorney to get to the root of this problem. I have also spoken with a local television station. If they think I am just going to forget this, they are wrong.
