Rude individule, customer service is bad

Bob Spillan is a rude individual. I called to get a request for a quote on some parts needed and he tried to pawn me off to someone else because he said he did not have time. He hung up on me and after telling me to go and call someone else. At this time this company has no customer service skills what so ever not to mention that when I called back I was sent to someone that took my order wrong. Be aware of this company.
