This is the worst company ever! First of all, it took 1 month of grueling troubleshooting with the worst customer service to finally figure out that we didn't have the "brick" which we told them in the first place.

Everytime we call, their customer service is rude smart a$es. They have no respect for their customers. They talk back to you. They don't listen.

After scheduling a maitenance to reconnect our service (roofers took it down), they said "customer called and cancelled", I never called, never cancelled. When trying to find out why it was cancelled the service agent, Lance, was really rude and being a smart a* and talked back to me. As a customer, customers are always right. I NEVER CALLED! Apologize you jerk! After scheduling the time to come out, a full week later, he hung up on me!

Not to mention every time we call, the account is under a different name... Hello, how many time have we been over this? Get your records straight!
