Awful customer service, rude employees

We called Appliance service pro, Inc. To repair a broken ice machine. We received same day service. The repair man that came to service our machine informed us that we needed to replace two parts. The total for parts and labor would be $550. He stated that he could get the part that day, return and fix the machine. We explained to him that we did not have a check to pay for the services that day. We asked him for a written estimate to request a check and call him back to repair the ice machine when we received the check.

Once we received the check, we called and we were told that the parts have not arrived. We called for three days and continued to be told that the parts have not arrived yet. The fourth day, the same repairman returned with no part, stated he needed to look at the machine again and get part numbers. He proceeded to tell us that his company requires a half down payment to order the parts. When we explained that this was not told to us, he said that it's his bosses policy. When we called the office to speak to the his boss, we were told that he was in a meeting and then the receptionist hung up on us. When we phoned the bosses cell phone number directly, he also hung up on us. This company is very unprofessional, rude, and we do not recommend them at all. Please do not use.
