Not following what they stand fo

I purchased a 52in tv with an ext warranty through N.E.W. I have not had them come out but once to have them fix anything but when the tv went out they came out and didnt say anything that they was going to fix the issue and that there wasnot anything wrong with my tv (they only been at my house for 5 mins and left). After waiting until the next day they said that they needed to order parts. Time goes by and nothing. A call placed again to them parts cannot be ordered i check was going to be issued. But was rejected because the parts could be ordered again. Time waited again another call placed" well sir the 1 part can be ordered but it is in a bulk package and once again i was waiting called again furious at this point i was told that the parts was on back order i asked when they will be in " i dont know" me working in the medical field i responded "well you come to me for an answer if you have cancer or not. I wait over a month to tell you first when you call that i dont know how long it will take the next time u call i tell you my answer is on back order and when i feel like giving you a answer ill let you know you would expect good customer service and want the answer. Their answer was well we just dont know. After further investing time in my own parts and my own tv techs they donot make the parts anymore and will not ever be made. Called the company back again to inform them of the issue and was hung up on
