Plan changed without authorization!

My phone plan was changed to where I was paying. 20 per text message which resulted in over $100.00 in texting charges. I did not find out about this until I got my bill. I called customer service & was told nothing could be done about the charges because it was beyond the billing cycle. (My previous plan had unlimited texting.) Why would I change my plan to pay for something I was getting for free? This plan change occurred right after I had been on online chat with customer service & my account was available to that representative. I have always made changes to my account by either online chat or by phone. I have talked to 2 different customer service reps at T-Mobile & they don't seem to give a crap about this matter. Apparently I will have to pay for some account hacker changing my phone plan. This is not fair! I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for over 6 years but I will be leaving their company since they don't care about their customers & rip people off.
