'Changed there service agreement after purchasing there maximum phone plan

When I first purchased RedPocket mobile's phone plan they advertised a unlimited plan for $59.99 which included 2gb of data. Because of H2o mobile lowering there data plan to 1gb I ported my phone number over to RedPocket and chose automatic payment, only for them to contact me three months later to tell me they where lowering there data plan to 1gb because there investigation showed that most customers used less than 1gb a month.
If that's the case than they should give you a choice being that you've already signed up for something else. If your interested in extra data they will charge you $10.00 for 10mb of data, doesn't make sense to me! I don't want any so called discount, all I want is the original plan that I signed up for! Once they were able to lure H2o mobile customers in with the 2gb data plan now they want to change there plan, figuring you presently have no other carrier to go too!
