I have been a customer of T-Mobile for years. Recently, within the past six months, my coverage has been horrible. I contacted customer service and was told the reason was the area I was in and they were working on the problem. Not to worry, the problems would go away in 14 to 21 days.

Two months or more go by and I'm still having the same problems. I called back again and was given the same story about it being my area. When I questioned them why was it so good 6 months ago and I haven't changed my area she just kept saying there was nothing she could do.

I then transfered to the Account department to cancel my lines. There I come to find out my contract is not up and they will not let me out. I was told that it is not in their terms that you can cancel because of coverage problems.

This is just not right. My bill hasn't been lowered because of the lower coverage and I'm supposed to just let it go.

There has to be some legal way to stop these people from ripping us off.
