Rajasthanistore did not refund my money on return of my goods. I purchased an Indian traditional wear (Kurta) from Rajasthanistore.com for my wife's baby shower in June. A couple of weeks after my purchase, they called me to inform that they do not have the one I ordered, so I ordered a replacement. However, the Kurta I received was different than I ordered. So after so many back and forth emails and phone calls, we agreed that I will return the Kurta and they will pay me the full refund with the return freight cost. After I sent the Kirta back I sent a copy of the returned goods receipt. However, they kept claiming they never received the Kurta back and never refunded my money. I lost my money and time for no reason. I urge everyone not to get ripped off and stay away from this online retailer.
