I purchased a product viewed on TV. I was sent the wrong goods I returned them stating I was cancelling the order and not to deduct any money from my account. They then sent another order with double what I had ordered. I sent this back again costing me $30.00 all up. Then they still deducted the $189.95 from my account. I have called and left messages someone finally got back to me, to tell me that its probably still in the ware house and they haven't unpacked them yet and I would have to wait 6 weeks for a refund that was in January. I just received a call asking me how my goods were that I had received they have no * idea. I explained what has happened now they say if they havent had the goods returned which they have I cannot get a refund. What a joke
