Flowers never delivered

I ordered flowers for delivery next day for a funeral. I never got a confirmation so I called so I called and they said the florist decided to wait 4 days to send because she wanted them fresh for the services. Who is she to determine when I want them delivered. After multiple calls and complaints, they agreed to give them to me for free and give me a full refund. It was the right thing to do but it still doesn't make up for the fact that the family didn't have the flower for the family wake. I will not order from them again, it's not worth the risk.
