No Refund for Returned Goods

Looks like we are one of many people ripped off by Gomerch. We ordered the Fall Out Boy package and when it arrived it was the wrong size. We returned the goods as requested by the return onfo on the Gomerch peperwork that came with the goods.

We received an email a week later to say they had receivd the goods and did not have any more merchandise so could either return the gooeds (at our expense) or refund our money. Since the goods were the wrong size and unwearable we asked for a refund.

It has now been 1 month since we asked for a refund and every time we contact them, they say they will process the refund the next day as they are moving their warehouse. It seems every time anyone complains they say they are moving and seem to have been moving for well over a month now.

I sent them an email last week saying that I will file a dispute if no refund is received in the next 24 hours and have not heard a thing so have just filed a dispute with Visa in the hope of getting some money back.

I have emailed both Jessica and Heather and get the same email about moving and promising a refund the next day and nothing happens so I can only guess that they intend to never give us a refund

I have my own online business that gets around 15,000 hits a day and will be puting a warning on my home page about this company. If you read this, do not give them your money!
