Ripoff Got my Money from PayPal but received nothing in return

Paid Findoutthetruth through Paypal but never received the goods.

I sent them numerous e-mails and faxes as stated in the auto-reply's they have sent me. At first they said the delay was because of the hurricane, this was in August so I take it they are based in Florida. When weeks passed and I then asked for a refund they told me the order was in progress, still nothing and my e-mails and faxes go unanwsered except for auto-reply's.

I used them once before with no problems but now I'm being ripped off, in my last e-mail I told them if I didn't receive a refund or the goods ordered I will be filing a complaint with the IFCC. I'd stay away from this company to avoid being ripped off.
