Ripped off ordered and paid for goods never delivered ignored all contact

I ordered two plugs from Tuflon three months ago, and paid extra for express delivery. The money was taken, but I never received any confirmation or acknowledgement of my order.

After a couple of weeks I emailed to ask when I could expect my jewellery to arrive, and received no reply. After a month, I emailed to cancel my order and request a refund. No reply. Another couple of weeks and I emailed again to request a refund. No reply. I tried contacting the site owner through his other website and still received no reply.

I have done a bit of web-research into the company and it appears there's a LOT of would-be Tuflon customers out there who have handed over money and received no goods and had all their emails ignored.

Warning: Avoid Tuflon!
