Screwed out of money

They dont call you before they disconnect, (but will tell you that they did) When they disconnect they will not knock on the door when they disconnect, just but a notice on it and step away then cut it off and drive off. When you call to have it turned back on you will be charged $30.00 hookup fee, $150.00 deposit fee. Which you already gave them when you started the account. A $118.00 bill cost me $340.00 to turn back on the power to my house. If you could pick the power company you want to use this one would be out of business.
