Vonage is a bad company - home phone

When I got my connection, they call me said it is a real good and I ask, since I am not sure of using it longer time what will happen if I want to disconnect. They said simply call them and request to disconnect and their wont be any charges. When I ask them to disconnect they said I have to pay for disconnection but they told me and verify there is no disconnection fee.

This company is a day light robbery company. Don't do business with them.
