I ordered a garden gazebo from Target.com online almost 2 months ago. The web site stated the item was in stock and I should receive it in 2 weeks. Thet time came and went and I began receiving e-mails that there has been a delay and my iten would be "shipping soon". On several calls to customer service I was told that they were receiving the item from the manufacturer, that they had it, that there was some other problem, etc. Today, after getting my 20th e-mail that there was a delay, I called again to cancel my order. I was told that I could not cancel but I could refuse the item when it arrived. I asked if this means that Target now had my item and was told no, that they were awaiting shipment from manufacturer. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after a 20 minute wait was told that one was not availible but they would make a "one time exception" and cancel my order. I then asked about another gazebo on their web page and told it was in stock but would cost $90 to ship because I live in Florida. The previous order shipping was $30. Needless to say, I did not order the new item and will never use Target again!
