I made an online purchase via target.com.incorrect items were shipped to me and there was no shipping invoice in the package. I went to my nearby target store to resolve. Since I used paypal they could not resolve. The very nice young lady spent an hour trying to get my order corrected. I then called target.com to fix the issue. I was told the issue was resovled. Just UPS back the incorrect item and the correct item would be sent to me. Getting this resolution took 3 hrs of my time.
One week later, after I have shipped the incorrect item back to target.com I have no correspondence on my correct item.

I call target.com back and I am told that I was given incorrect information and that they would not send me the correct item. I would get a refund in January. This was a christmas present. Needless to say I am upset and very dissppointed.

I WILL NEVER USE TARGET.com AGAIN for any purchase.
