I ordered an in-stock tablet on May 21st. On June 16, days after it should have arrived, I got an e-mail telling me it would be another 2 weeks before I received the tablet. I called customer service and canceled the order. I was told the order was canceled, so imagine my surprise when on July 18th I got a shipping notice and my card was charged. When I called and asked why it had been shipped after I canceled my order I was told that the "cancel request" had been denied. I was never told that was a possibility. I was told positively that the order had been canceled. I asked why I was not informed that the cancel request had been denied I was told that the shipping notice WAS the notice that the order could not be canceled. I did receive the tablet, nearly 2 months to the day after I had ordered it, and a month after canceling the order. I will never shop Target or Target.com again.
