Refund scam

Fragrance requested from theperfumeemporium.co.uk and paid for 15th July.! Saint packed allegedly dropped by Noble mail, after many emails Bob ([support@theperfumeempoium.co.uk] (url: mailto: support@theperfumeempoium.co.uk) organize 2nd package, it was dropped again by Royal Mail. 30th September I expected for reimbursement and was informed reimbursement will by created based on their conditions (thirty days underneath the distance selling rules). After pursuing reimbursement again 7th September was handed reasons about statements with Royal Mail. Today 20th March nevertheless no return... It has got to become illiegal somehow, wanted I read this website before purchasing. Can I actually notice my money again.
