Non issuse of Refund

On July 7 of 08 I submitted 2 postal money requests for $249.00 each along with a request a sail day of March of 09. I never heard back for that Certs, workplace, and so I named the 866-292-0099 quantity and was informed that I had been ready for my times. I again call-in the start of September 09 to express I'dnot obtained any starting data and was informed I'd be setting it up in a couple weeks. What I acquired was a notice declaring that Certs, was not able to satisfy my request day and that I might possibly choose a fresh day or get a reimbursement I option to get a reimbursement which may be released in 4-6 months. I delivered the notice back with this specific demand by us licensed mail on 09-24-09. The Certs, organization authorized for this notice on September 28, 11:22 am.By today 11-30-09 I've not obtained a reimbursement and Certs, Inc isn't addressing their telephones.
