I requested some fragrance on 5th May from [support@theperfumeemporium.co.uk] (link: mailto: support@theperfumeemporium.co.uk) 12 times later to say this hadn't appeared and was recommended I'd to hold back 15 business days before noble mail might check out the issue. 15 business days approved... I sent again plus they (somebody named Bob) then stated they'd possibly resend or provide a return. I required a reimbursement on 31st May and was recommended 'We try to approach concessions within 48-hours, nevertheless, this could occupy to thirty days consistent with the Exact Distance Selling Regulations'. Todate I've not obtained a refund and also have sent many times to discover why but im still ing awaiting my reimbursement.
