Selling fake perfume and charged my credit card twice

June 5 when I got the FAKE COACH EDT, I emailed them right away and they said they will refund my money. 2 weeks later I still didn't get my refund, so I was so mad and emailed them. Next day i got bunch of spam emails and I am very sure that they were the one who sold my email. Today when I checked my bank, to my dismay when I saw they charged me again for another perfume (june 21 for 75 dollars).
