Fragrance requested through site and taken care of by Visa. Emails from Bob at assistance@theperfumeemporium.co.uk stated it had been delivered on 7 May by 1st. Course Royal Mail but I'd to hold back 15 working days before Bob might deliver an upgraded or return the money. After this delay I sent again and Bob stated an upgraded could be with me in a couple of days;per week has handed but still no delivery. I also requested for evidence of publishing and he didn't provide this.

I've since requested to get a complete reimbursement which e-mail hasn't been solved.

A contact dated 26 May informs me that the reimbursement isn't due till 12 July 'underneath the distance selling rules'.

Chris has received my cash since 7 April and that I have experienced no products or legitimate reason. Certainly I ought to be eligible for a reimbursement before 12 July?

Emails and contact through the web site appear the only real way of speaking using the Perfume Emporium&there's no proof that it really exists as store

After more emails a reimbursement was created on 12 June
