Construction Company Takes Job and Backs Out the Day of... Bad Business! Don't call them!

Dan Fink came to my home and quoted a job in early June. I needed some downspout repairs and drainage pipe installed. He quoted the job, and sent it in writing to my house. I agreed to it, and called him to let him know. I also signed off on the job - noted some minor changes, and mailed it back to him. Weeks passed and I never heard from him as to start date. I called this week - July 5 to check on the work. Dan called me back yesterday July 7 - and told me he would be at my house tomorrow. I had to shuffle around work so I could get home and keep an eye on the work being performed. He called me the morning of - July 8 and said he decided not to do the work and hung up! He is a terrible business owner - who does this to a customer. And, he is advertising in our local papers - so he can take work and waste time. Do not call him!
