Workers completly ruined my home a real rip off jo

Home Depot on Alpine in Grand Rapids Michigan completly ruined my home remodel. I ordered carpet from home Depot June 2 adn was guarenteed the carpet would be installed and delivered in three weeks. Two weeks later I called and the order had aparently been lost. The following week there was still no word.

Finally 3 weeks later a representative arrived to measure the house. I was given a scheduled install date the next week and took time of work, well when no one called or showed up I was rather upset and called the store. They informed me that there was a delay and gave me a new install date another week later.

My second day off work again with no call I call back to find out the carpet was recieved but defevtive. I asked the manager why no one in the store had the comon curtisey to call me efore I missed another day of work.

Well on there 3rd scheduled delivery date, an installer actually showed up but with the wrong color carpet. I was livid. I called and by some miricale acording to the manager another order came in identical to what I wanted. They installed the carpet and refused to rehang the doors. I imidiatly called to complain and informed the manager who hung up on me and refussed to accept my calls.

I reported the incident to The Better Business Bearu and Home Depo replied they did nothing wrong and that I stated I was completly satisfied.

This of course was a false statement made by the company. Last time I looked at a calander June 2 to August 22 was more than 3 weeks and business knew how to use phones.
