I purchased a car in February from S and S Auto Sales. When I went to leave the lot the car would not start. The Owner Troy Fink had one of his mechanics put in a new battery in. But the service engine light was still on. The mechanic from S and S Auto Sales made some minor adjustments and said the car would be okay. However, when drove the vehicle down the street the service engine light came back on. I contacted Mr. Fink in regards to the service engine light coming back on. Mr. Fink stated it would go out by the end of the day. On the next day I proceeded to go to work in which is located in Langhorne, PA. While on 95 Interstate the vehicle started jerking and the steering wheel started shaking while smoke coming from the front of the vehicle. I contacted Mr. Fink the next day in which I got off work at 11 pm. I notified Mr. Fink I wanted my money bank and I no longer want this vehicle it is a piece of junk. Mr. Fink stated well lets wait till the warranty kicks in 90 days. I stated no I don't want the vehicle I want my money back. After conversation I decided to accept a loner car from Mr. Fink. The loner car that they gave me was an Impala while driving the steering wheel locked and had to leave it in Langhorne. Mr. Fink gave me another loner car. I hired and attorney due to Mr. Fink stating he was not giving me my money back. Went to court on July 28 at the Philadelphia Municipal Court 34 S 11th Street, Philadelphia, PA. The Judge sentenced in my favor. I waited the thirty days upon the Law’s requirements for thirty day appeal from either party. Mr. Fink did not appeal; I had sent a certified letter to S and S Auto Sales asking my money to be sent as well as the copy of the court order. As of today I still have not received my money. Can you please help me?
