Unfair business practices... Bait and switch tactics!

To put it mildly direc tv has been a nightmare since day one. I was under contract and had no choice but to deal with it. However we recently moved and scheduled the equipmentr to be reinstalled at our new location. Unfortunatly the HOA in neighborhood does not allow dishes to be placed in the yard, and there was no line of sight from the house. The technician made me aware off this and let me know he would report this to the office.

When I called in to verify the information given to me was correct I was told the complete opposite (no surprise). I was told very harshly by operator ID #100333255 that I would have to pay a 300.00 early termination fee. I said absolutley not and asked to speak to a supervisor... She offered no help. To sum it up they cant get line of sight from an approved location on the property and still want to charge me. I could go on and on but you get the point. All I want is to treated fairly, the wont happen at direc tv My advise stay away.
