I had sign up with direct tv because of the better deal offered through AAA. I was treated with the utmost courteous. I asked the rep if I would be able to watch all shows on the 3 televisions I have and the response was yes. Well after having the service for 1 1/2 weeks and when I tried to watch the recording on the 3rd television I was unable to. I then contacted direct tv and advised them that I wasn't able to and all they could do was apologize. I told them I was unhappy and would not renew the contract once it was up, which is two freakin years. I told them that the customer service rep milead me when getting the order. I also advised the supervisor Amelia on 2/8 that I shouldn't have to pay for a mistake there rep made by advising a new customer. I was told I would have to make a pyment of 179 for another receiver which is unfair.instead of them trying to do right by the customer instead of the mistake they made they have lost potential business and kep an unsatisfied customer. If I can find a way to cancel without cost me over 200.00 I will
