Had my ps3 fixed by born severe in- may paid added for quicker support and purchased the warrenty they provided 5 mths later ps3 smashed again, required it set for warrenty fix before thanksgiving and informed it'd prepare yourself fourteen days after christmas. Wasnt prepared when guaranteed stated be another week december 17 named december 17 nevertheless not been done be nearly another week didnt worry about the length of period it had been getting provided no means to fix the sitution simply didnt treatment had my warrenty cash currently and wasnt likely to do something to solve this problem. Dont use these folks total ripoff!!!
