Bad service

The corporation delivered me a memory which was not the right type to work-in my telephone (arrived in same container same order). After I documented it for them they stated deliver the card back (at my cost) and they might deliver the right card. This is exactly what I did so so when they first got it they stated this isn't the card they delivered to me and charged me of purchasing it elsewhere and declined to deliver the correct card. They stated they didn't actually market the kind of card that we delivered back. I visited their site and discovered the card these were declaring they didnt actually market plus they had them instock. They WOn't deliver me the correct card and WOn't solve the problem by any means. Personally I think I had been totally insulted by their employees and was charged to be a liar simply because they created a delivery error.
