Doesnt honor warrenty

My mother bought an all in one printer, fax, copier and scanner at walmart. We were printing pictures and then it wouldnt print. It was hard to use to begin with, my mother couldnt operate it without help. I went and bought OVER PRICED ink cartredges figuring it ran out of ink. It still wouldnt print. I tried shutting everything down and restarting still wouldnt work. It was the first time it was used besides scanning.

I called their customer service. Couldnt understand the guy I was talking to because his english was choppy. He couldnt understand me very well either. When he told me the warrenty was still good but she had to give them a credit card number before they would ship her a new one. I told them she didnt have one and he said then they couldnt send her out a new one. I told him I was tired of talking to him and wanted to speak to a supervisor. He put me on hold.

While I was waiting I pulled out the warrenty and read it. Didnt say anything about having to have a credit card before the warrenty would be honored.
When the supervisor got on the phone with me he asked how he could help me. I went through THE WHOLE story again about how it wasnt working.

He told me again that the warrenty wouldnt be honored unless I gave him a credit card number. I was on the phone with customer service for OVER FIVE HOURS, just trying to get the warrenty honored. The supervisor even tried to get me to give him ANYONES credit card number. I refuse to EVER buy anything from them again and I tell everyone I know not to buy from them as well. If you buy from them better have a credit card number to give them before they honor the warrenty!!!
