This company does not honor there warrentys. There salesmen will mislead you

My wife and i purchased a high dollar sealey posterpetic matress from miskellys aprox. 2 years ago for 1600.00 dollars. We were told by the salesman that this matress would last and give my back plenty of support. I explained to the salesman that i am a gulf war veteran with a bad back who needs a good bed to sleep on. We were told by the salesman (this mattress is got a great warrenty and if anything goes wrong with it we take care of you but you got to buy this matress cover so there wont be no problem!) that is exactly what we did. 2 years later the matress is clearly bad and they clearly admit that it is but say warrenty wont cover it cause it has a stain on it.

After taking countless hours of our time having them come out to our home, we were not contacted by anyone. Finally i got mad and called them they told me there wasnt a warrenty. I spent more of my valuable time talking to more people who kept hanging up on me and transfering me. I finally talked to a manager who was in iowa he told me he would take care of it and have someone call me back that same day. I never got a call back. One week later i called back and spoke to a lady in customer care who was talkin down to me which i dont appreacate. I was told that i had a 10 year warrenty on mattress cover but i would be luckey if they would cover it cause its stained. What kind of company and service is this. A matress pad that stops stains that if you get a stain will void warrenty. This whole warrenty thing is a scam beware
