T mobile USA scam, lies, rude

I went to t mobile to get a 4G phone. I was told that the phone I was buying was 4G. As someone who is not cell phone savvy I took them for their word. Several months later I learned they had lied and sold me an old phone in order to make me pay 70$ more per month. (as my previous carrier was 40$ a month for 3g)

When I called they refused to help in any way, refused to cancel my contract. For the past 6 months I have had numerous dropped calls and phone malfunctions and they refuse to help! The store manager even admitted she had to fire these employees for being problematic.
