Scammers!

I had tmobile for two years and after my two years was up I cancelled my phone with them. I was told that my contract was cancelled and that I was done. I thought that was true until I get a bill from a collection agency for $249.00.

I was furious and called T-mobile to find out why I was charged that amount. I was then told that my cell service had never been cancelled and I was behind on my bill. I then told them to officially cancel while I was on the phone.

I then requested to speak to a manager. Told him what was going on. He became very rude and told me there was nothing he could do to fix the issue because it had gone to collections. I then informed him that there should have never been a charge nor should it have gone to collections.

T-mobile scams you out of your money. Don't trust them ever. I can say that I would never go back to them again. Id rather be cell phoneless.
