T-Mobile / First Collections
$200 cancellation fee imposed when my contract was complete. Kansas

Electronics and household app.

After having terrible service from T-Mobile for almost 3 years, we decided to switch carriers.
Since our service contract was up, I was amazed that they billed me for a $200 disconnect fee. When I spoke to them about this, they said they would take care of it.

Next thing I know they sent me to collections.
Someone from First collections contacted me and I told them the same story I told T-mobile. The man at First Collections started yelling at me.

I do not like owing people money, so I contacted them again to try to get it cleared up. The person at First Collections said that I had 30 days to contest it, and now it was too late. I tried to explain to her that I DID contest it... Several times.

Her name was Margaret and she hung up on me.
So, now these people can ROT in hell before they get that money.
