Kenmore Elite Gas Grill
Faulty burners

I bought a Kenmore Elite Gas Grill from Sears department-store roughly 5 years back. The grill was bought for $2000.00. I bought the grill as apposed to some rivals design since I had been result in genuinely believe that this grill might keep going longer and support could be greater, had I encounter any practical issues. The system has 6 writers onto it, which have corroded and function badly. I had been informed the price to displace the writers was $28 an item, totaling a cost of almost $170. Lately my buddy approached the support division regarding his Weber Gas grill that will be roughly 9 yrs old. He'd a poor burner on his grill and Weber changed it, totally free, including delivery and handling. Our criticism is the fact that I invested almost 4 times just as much for my grill which was to become exceptional in quality from the trusted and reliable departmentstore. Just how can Kenmore, or Sears, contend with manufacturers like Weber with additional stores? I anxiously wait an answer for this issue when I am really dissatisfied in Sears and also the $2000 grill I bought from their website. Our next grill purchase is a Weber... And never from Sears! Never again am I going to buy a Kenmore item.
