Defective motherboard

I bought a pent 4 motherboard/combination out of this organization. After I obtained the panel I mounted it and blocked within the check, nothing.

Therefore, I use a movie card and may ultimately enter the bios. After I attempted to us tremendous fdisk to format the drive, however the ps2 mouse interface didn't function. I named them-and they agreed to deliver me a hardware mouse. I'd a hardware mouse and allow the hardware locations within the bios, Hardware mouse didn't function. I'm along the way of returning the panel. I delivered the organization a contact seeking an rma number. They recommended that I deliver the panel back and purchase an incident from their store, plus they might do the installation, I've more than 30 years experience building and fixing pcs. Our recommendation is DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THE CORPORATION. They'll send you some junk that's laying around the shop
