Bethalto Illinois, Ace Hardware. I had been convinced to bought 3 gallons of Ace quality offers by an Ace Salesman underneath the March discounts plan. Since it was a much better color and that I might conserve money underneath the refund system. He assured me when I involved my revenue receipt displaying time of purchase I'd be ok the next evening sending. (Buy was on Oct. 31). Obtained a postcard that my refund was refused since article mark was after evening in Oct. Additionally they "asked" me to resubmit my discounts declare with any "verifying" info. WHAT VALIDATING INFO! They've the bill that demonstrates the things were bought by me in March. This season I invested over $ 1500. Not another penny!
