When I brought the problems with the new systems to their attention they told me that I was wrong and that everything was done correctly. I ended up hiring an independent home inspector to verify that there was a problem and that their installation was sub-standard and many shortcuts were taken. I had to hire a different contractor to fix and complete the job that Cox left incomplete.
