Sub-standard installation quality, poor customer service, not my problem attaiude

Paid full price for 2 complete system replacements. After spending 2 years chasing Salesman Sean, Installation Manager Zack, and Owner Marty to make good on their promise I got nothing but lip service. When I brought the problems with the new systems to their attention they told me that I was wrong and that everything was done correctly. I ended up hiring an independent home inspector to verify that there was a problem and that their installation was sub-standard and many shortcuts were taken. I had to hire a different contractor to fix and complete the job that Cox left incomplete.in short they promise you the world and don't deliver.
