Bad General Contractor - Cheats Owner and Subs!

Kieth Unger sells himself as a General Contractor that can complete any size job. However, he is incapable of doing a good job on small work to large homes. He failed to complete our home, and although he was paid in full for the work completed, he failed to pay his subcontractors as well. We have been left with an incomplete home, and the subcontractors have been cheated out of their final payments.

After finally terminating the last of the work, we have discovered his work to be mediocre at best. We are having to repair a lot of the construction he did, and because he has not finished paying the subs, we are having to complete that work as well. He cost more that he is worth to fix the issues that are left.

Please beware! Do not hire this man. He comes off nice, but is not the guy you want to do your remodel!
