Rate ended up being over 30 percent higher upon delivery than agreed to. No special services required! Stated package was twice as heavy as described over 250 pds. I lift this by myself into truck by myself and P/u driver said it was definately less than my 150 lbs estimate. Will not use again definately a ripoff! Comunication was poor. Ie documents not sent in timely manner, and customer not happy. Will not use again! I know about classification and there was no class change - I contacted the trucking company and they even verified the original weight I gave to Ponceco Freight & Shipping. These guys are just out to make a few bucks - they dont even have any contact info on their wesbite because they probably work out of their homes, or from Prison or something.
