Billed $103 for Inside Delivery on $65 Prepaid Freight Shipment

Had some freight arrive by UPS Freight. Front door is 10 feet from the curb. Driver brought the boxes inside. This was a prepaid shipment at about $65. Then I get a bill from UPS Freight for $103 for inside delivery. Called customer service, and was told that the driver indicated on the paperwork and initialed that it was inside delivery.
If this wholesaler didn't have a contract with UPS Freight, I would certainly not use them. The $103 is outrageous, especially when it could have been put on the sidewalk, and we brought it inside, but he just brought it in.
