Guardsman furniture warranty denied claim to pepair broken furniture

Took out a warranty with guardian for furniture i purchased at havertys in port richey fl. The couch frame is broken and fabric tearing. I reported this to guardian, filled out a form and sent it in. They denied the claim because they said they do not cover these damages, and the date i wrote in was wrong. It had to be 5 days notice of damages. I wrote in the wrong date, and they denied the claim totally. I spoke with several supervisors who were rude, arrogant and nasty to me, as were their representatives. They did not want to hear anything at all from me. This company is a total rip-off!!! They claim they do not cover fabric damages, pillows for the couch, or the frame! What else is there to a couch? Do not take out a warranty with haverty furniture at allcosts!!!
